Hon. Almando C. Sanoria is a three time elected City Councilor of Pagadian City. He recently won in the last election (May 11, 2007) giving him nine straight years of service as councilor of Pagadian City. He expresses his heartfelt thanks to the people of Pagadian City for giving their trust and confidence for supporting his political carreer as servant to the people.

Right after the inauguration of the 9th City Council last July 3, 2007, the composition of the different standing committees and the election of the officers was held. Councilor Almando C. Sanoria was elected as the Chairman for the Committees of Human Rights and Urban/Rural Poor and Infrastructure, Public Bidding and Community Development. Truely a tall order to fulfill but something that the tall, dark and handsome councilor is more than able to fullfill.

The 9th City Council of Pagadian City went straight to work after their inauguration. They posed for a photo  with City Mayor Samuel S. Co and Vice Mayor Romeo "Tata" Pulmones in the City Council Office on this their very first day of office.
