DAR Zamboanga Sibugay, since its creation on 2002, have made substantial impact on the lives and the communities of Zamboanga Sibugay. In areas of high visibility such as infrastructure projects as brought to life by various foreign assisted projects such as the DAR-Western Mindanao Communities Initiatives Project (DAR-WMCIP), DAR-Belgian Integrated Agrarian Reform Support Project (DAR-BIARSP), DAR-Solar Power Technology Support, (DAR-SPOTS) and now the DAR-Asian Development Bank Agrarian Reform Communities Project II (DAR-ADB ARCP II) to less visible but very high impact activities such as in Land Acquisition/Land Tenure Improvement as well as the delivery of legal services, DAR is very much a part in the development of Zamboanga Sibugay.
