At the outset, allow me to greet a pleasant good day, most especially to the participants and trainers of this noble endeavor. It is a great honor and privilege on my part having participated in this milestone breakthrough advance by the DAR Central office, Manila.
Ipil-Sibugay is a fast growing province in Western Mindanao, whereby different sectors of the society has various interests in the aspect of economic, agricultural and social development. Hence, fast and accurate information is therefore considered necessary.
Web development is a very difficult task taking into account its maintenance and sustainability of having new information inputs for our valued clientele and stakeholders worldwide. Its regular enhancement will definitely opened an avenue for more investment in the locality that would uplift the economic and social standing of the local inhabitants.
Towards this end, I pose this challenge to all of us here to continue our task of providing quality information especially during the period of CARPER and onwards.
