Page 1 of 4 Last October 6-7, 2007, air soft gun gamers and enthusiasts came to visit the province thru the initiatives of the Pagadian Air Soft Gamers Infantry (PAGI) in hosting the 1st Mayor Ace Cerilles Air Soft Competition in the Provincial Tourism Complex, in Barangay Dao, Pagadian City. The 1st Mayor Ace Cerilles Air Soft Competition was the first in Zamboanga del Sur sponsored by the President of the League of Municipality of Zamboanga del Sur, Dumalinao Mayor Ace William Cerilles and dubbed as Codename: Operation: KING OF THE HILL.
12 Team Competition Under the heat of the sun, Operation: King of the Hill commenced after 12 teams from Ozamis City, Zamboanga City, Dipolog City, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte and Zamboanga del Sur showed their might as they shot at each other to win the air soft competition. And for the first time in the history of Airsoft Competition booby traps were used during the competition to make it more exciting and interesting. The said bobby traps that create a sound (for explosion purposes) were designed by NBI Provincial Director Atty. Moises Tamayo. NBI Tamayo is also a sponsor of the two day competition.
