Pagadian City – Crispina Tenajeros Sinte, 60 years old was accidentally sideswiped by a single motorcycle while walking along the road of Barangay Kagawasan at around 9:00am September 7, 2007.
The victim sustained serious physical injuries and was brought immediately to the Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Hospital. However she was pronounced dead a few hours later by the attending physician.
The suspect Ronald Blangas Paraguya legal age and a resident of Barangay Lower Sibatang while driving a single Yamaha motorcycle color blue along the Barangay road did not noticed the victim suddenly cross the road.
The suspect is now detained at the lock-up cell while waiting formal complaint from the relative of the victim.
