Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur – A certain Carlos Haincadto y Enican, 40 years old, was found by his father lifeless lying bathed in his own blood near the door inside his house early in the morning of August 22, 2007, this was the report of the Barangay Chairman of Baclay to the police station.
Responding Tukuran Police Operatives lead by SP03 Jacaria Maruhom disclosed that the victim was shot by an unidentified person using undetermined caliber of firearm while alone inside his house located at the hilly portion of Sitio Sawmill, Barangay Baclay. The neighbors in the lower portion of the hilly area told the authorities that they heard a gun shot coming from the house of the victim at about 8:00 O’clock in the evening, August 21, 2007 Carlos Haincadto suffered two gun shot wounds at his right and left face that caused his untimely death.
