Pagadian City – The two dead bodies of the suspects who were killed (click here for details) by the 905th PMG Police Operatives was claimed by their parents a day after the incident, this was learned in a follow-up conducted by the News and More, www.unsapa.com at Gamalinda Funeral Home.
Gamalinda sources said that the body identified as Mark Anthony Elnar y Sumampong was really Ruel Lauranilla, as identified by his parents and is a resident of San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur and not Poblacion Dayawan, Negros Oriental. The other suspect Ricky Cañete y Albarico, was identified by his father as his real name but not a resident of Tambo, Parañaque City, Metro Manila. Ricky is temporarily residing at Barangay San Jose, Pagadian City, but his parents are residing at Tigbao, Zamboanga del Sur, sources added. Both parents of the two suspects after claiming the dead body of their sons answered “no comment” when asked by some members of the media if they have any reactions regarding the incident.
