Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur – A certain Carmelo dela Cruz Undag, legal age, married and a resident of Purok-1 Barangay Guling, Guipos , was arrested by the Guipos Police Operatives led by SP02 Luis Francisco Arquiza on October 29, 2007 at 5:00pm.
Carmelo was arrested thru the Warrant of Arrest issued by the Presiding Judge Hon. Benjamin Lanzaderas of RTC Branch 22, Pagadian City for the crime committed for violation of Sec. 10 of R.A. 7610 or otherwise known as Anti-Child Abuse Law, docketed in Criminal Case Number 0530 2007.
Carmelo is now temporarily detained at Guipos Municipal Police Station detention cell.
