Tabina, Zaboanga del Sur – A wanted person was arrested at the wharf area in Tabina town at about 6:45 early morning last September 4, 2007 after a long hide from the law enforcement agency. Dorlintoy Cuardero was arrested by the Tabina Police operatives headed by the COP P/Insp. Severino Calpotura Laluan Jr., thru warrant of arrest issued by Hon Oscar Cabaron, presiding Judge of 7th Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) covering the 3-municipalities of Dimataling, Pitogo and Tabina.
The suspect faced Criminal Case numbers 2139 for attempted Homicide is now temporary under the custody of the Tabina PNP but was scheduled to be turned-over to the Provincial Jail, Pagadian City, for proper disposition. Last update : 10-09-2007 21:23
