Pagadian City – With the conduct of the Career Service Professional and Sub-Professional written examinations (paper-and-pencil test) nationwide on March 9, the CSC Zamboanga del Sur Field Office is prepared to administer the said exams in Zamboanga del Sur National High School (ZSNHS), Main Campus at Sta. Maria District.
Atty. Jerry N. Mayormita, CSC Provincial Director and member of the Local Examination Committee (LEC) said the test administrators were already prepared to administer the exams. “In fact, we conducted three tests for the prospective test administrators for those who will serve during the examination day to make the exams systematic and well-organized, and to prevent irregularities to happen,” Mayormita said. There are about 140 test administrators which composed of chief examiners, supervising examiners, room examiners and proctors who underwent series of tests, who are expected to be in the testing centers to perform their respective duties and responsibilities assigned to them by the LCE for the smooth conduct of the exam. The examinees for the Professional level will be accommodated in the 59 classrooms while the examinees in the Sub-Professional level will be accommodated in 4 classrooms. Mayormita encouraged the examinees to visit and make ocular inspection in their testing center before March 9 so that they will not waste time in looking for their room assignments. Further, he encouraged them to be in their respective room assignments before the preliminaries will be conducted at 7:00 A.M. and to bring along with them the following: Notice of room assignment; Valid ID card; pencil and erasers; blue and black ball pens.
