 This is indeed a great honor and privilege to greet and welcome all our foreign guests and visitors to the 13th Asia Pacific Youth Conference on July 20-28, 2007. An event we consider as the first of its kind in our City’s history - the hosting of an international event composed of our neighboring countries in the Asia Pacific Region.
Together, let us all make this occasion certainly remarkable and worthy to be written in the history of Pagadian as having hosted this kind of event.
Allow me therefore to express my heartfelt thanks and deep appreciations to all those who made this event really successful. And to all the people of Pagadian, thank you for your cooperation and please join me in welcoming our foreign guests and visitors with our warmest hospitality.
