A member of the Philippine National Police assigned with the 907th Mobile Group based in San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur, sustained two slight gun shot wounds at his left arm after he was shot by four people allegedly lead by a certain Nasser Malaco Mias “Gasi” a resident of Alta Tiera Tiguma.

The victim was identified as P01 Damra Palada y Dakula 37 years old and a resident of Purok Sweetlove, Barangay Domagok, Pagadian City.

The police report said that the victim was shot by the suspects while getting his documents for a Pag-Ibig loan at Raw House, Alta Tiera, Tiguma at about 12:00 noon of July 14, 2007. The assailant fled immediately.

The victim sought the assistance of the PNP at Sector 2 and was accompanied by SP02 Calgas to report the incident to the city police office.Police authorities who responded in the crime scene recovered one empty shell and one slug of caliber .45 believed used by the suspect in shooting the victim. The case is now under investigation.
