Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur – A certain Eseo Ubay, legal age, single and a resident of Lower Salug Daku was arrested by the police operatives lead by SP02 Eulogio Monesa, chief investigator on September 7, 2007 at 11:30am at the said place.
Police operatives proceeded to the area after receiving reports regarding the presence of the suspect who has a pending Warrant Of Arrest (WOA) before the Regional Trial Court Branch 23 of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur. The WOA issued by Hon. Judge Ernesto Laurel, Presiding Judge for violation of R.A. 6532 known as Anti-carnapping Act of 1972 docketed under Criminal Case number 2026 10 1401. The suspect was turned-over to Molave Municipal Police Station who has jurisdiction over the case for proper disposition. Last update : 13-09-2007 18:32
