According to statistics, there are more than two hundred (200) religious sects ascribing to and professing Christianity.

Also, according to Bible scholars and ‘spiritual scientists,” there are three (3) kinds of Christian religions in the entire globe, namely, 1) those who profess PERPETUITY; 2) those who subscribed to REFORMATION; and 3) the one which claims RESTORATION.

Perpetuity is the bone of contention of the dominant Catholic church in the Philippines. Reformation is the drive and push of the protestants, or those who break away from the Catholic church, since the advent of protestantism, which includes the Iglesia Ni Cristo. Restoration is the sole claim and monopoly of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints or Mormons – the only Christian church which has four (4) standard works: the Holy Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and covenants and the Pearl of Great Price.

Unfortunately, for Christians, the doctrines, teachings and religious practices of the different sects have buried the BASIC GOSPEL TRUTHS, as majority are found to be merely lurking in the shadow of Christianity. They are regarded as pseudo-christians.

Today, and long before you read this article, many have proven to be using Christianity just to pursue a “craft” for their livelihood, while others devise their own ways and means as a form of racket to amass fortunes.

The BASIC GOSPEL TRUTHS that had been lost in the jungle of pseudo-christianity include: 1) the nature and being of the Godhead – that Almighty Father and Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost are separate Beings distinct from each other; 2) the ultimate purpose of our existence – that the children of God are exhorted to seek for exaltation, thus, men can become Gods; 3) that salvation is synonymous to resurrection – that it should be the foundation for gaining exaltation; 4) that the priesthood of God shall be available to all men; and 5) that service, ministry or calling in the Kingdom of God shall be without compensation or pay.
