The Prettiest Swan

   Nursing student, pretty, confident, 17 years old. But who is Arianne Share Real really? In an interview with Unsapa.com News and More Reportorial Staff Mariflor Durac, Arianne bared a little of herself.

         Arriane Share is a homebody and loves to watch TV.  At her age, she too, is an avid texter but if she has nothing to do she sleeps. “I love sleeping..." she says.

Asked if she is in with the trend of information technology?

   Why do you love staying home?

"Staying at home is one of my pleasures. Staying at home bonds me to my family".

  Do you have a boyfriend right now?

           She is simple, enjoyable to be with, and like her family name, expect friends to be real and a true friend. By the way, she hates people with bad attitude, plastic, backbiter.

              " Di ko ganahan ug "maarte" ug mahilig pud manlibak, bitaw, kay ako  man gud hilomon ko unya ulawon pa jud kanang maghimotok lang ko sa daplin" ( in vernacular.) I think she is serious with that!

 Do you like food?

"Yes, I like grilled foods, fried chicken, I like to eat in "kamayan restaurants" and likes mango float for dessert."

 What will you do with the support from the City Government? I learned that you received a certificate of educational assistance ... How about it?

            Further, she says she is a kind of a student that has a vision towards her future. "Dili ko hilig anang laag-laag man gud, magtambay lang ko sa dorm with my freinds. Mogawas lang ko if naay party, occasionaly ra jud".

        Arianne strives hard in her studies, she wants to be like her mom, a registered nurse. She idolizes her mother a lot who is a good mother, an achiever and performer not only in the family but in her job here in Pagadian and abroad.

  What are your feelings for being crowned Miss Pagadian 2007?

          However, she quips that she cannot believe that she won the crown.

 "You know, even during our practice and rehearsals, I never took it seriously". She said.

          In the past week, she experienced trials pulling her down, to back off from the competition. But she believed God has a purpose, and those trials made her more aggressive and determined to show her talent and beauty all the way.

 "Just believe in yourself, that you can do it" she says. "Sa una gamay pa ko aloof kaayo ko, gani ila pa kung gibansagang ugly duckling kay dili man ko sama sa akong magulang, si Vanessa Joy nga puti-on, cute ug gwapa jud." Di gyud ko ka too ay!”.

         During her sister’s reign, Arriane watched her sister during rehearsals and when her sister was crowned in 1999 as Ms. Pagadian, she felt pride for her sister and thought of, " Ako kaha no?".

     Then, reality came, what are your plans now?

"Proceed with my studies and help our city like in the promotion of our tourism industry. She will do her part as an ambassador of goodwill for the city”.

     By the way Arriane, who convinced you to join the contest?

"One of the personnel from the City Tourism Office asked my mother to let me join and participate. Initially my mother said no because of the experience of my ate Vannesa Joy. You know it is very expensive to compete in such an event. However, I said to myself, why not? (she laughs) I have the looks, di man sad ko bobo, I have the height and qualified to be a candidate. Di ba?"

     Lastly, how do you rate your self?

Hmmmn.. from a scale of 1 to 10, of course 10 (she made another laugh). Ms Arianne Share Real is moody, "usahay kung dili ko gusto dili jud ko gusto, unya kabalo ko nga tama ko ako jud ng icorrect ba biskag kinsa pa akong kaatbang. But I do really respect people man pod nga morespeto pod, unya makig equal pod ba. Kay ako man gud, God Fearing kaayo ko and I stand by sa akong pagka member sa Youth for Christ”.

         The ugly duckling of the family is now a beautiful swan. In fact, she is now Pagadian’s prettiest swan and we are very proud of her.
