President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo receives a copy of the book entitled "Offshoring and Outsourcing Philippines: Roadmap 2010" from Oscar Sanez, chief executive officer of the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP)  following its launching ceremonies Monday (November  5) at the Quezon Ballroom of Makati Shangri-La in Makati City.
