President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo accepts a Marpizan cake which was presented to her Wednesday (Dec. 5) by Jerry Lagudas and Felix Baker of the Philippine Chef Association in London during the cocktails tendered in her honor by the Filipino community in the United Kingdom.
