President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is all smiles as she joins members of the local and national media in a bonfire during a gathering with them on the eve of the New Year celebration Monday (December 31) at the Philippine Information Agency grounds in Baguio City. Flanking the President are former Benguet Governor Raul Molintas (right) and Mrs. Priscilla Fong Wan, wife of Benguet Governor Nestor Fong Wan. During the gathering the local media led by Edong Carta, assistant manager of Bombo RAdyo serenaded the President with Christmas songs and his very own compositions to the delight of the Chief Executive.
