President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo launched yesterday, April 28, 2007 the Central Nautical Highway (CNH). It is her ambiton to connect the archipelago’s islands via the Strong Republic Nautical Highway (SRNH) to spur economic development from the metropolis to the countryside. She switched on the lights showing CNH through a Roll-on Roll-off (RORO) 2nd Caravan in Bulan, Sorsogon City.
