Pagadian City – One Nadzer Abdulla Sindatuc, 37 years old, reportedly the Treasurer of the Southeast Asia Development Committee, Inc., (SADCI), married and a resident of Old Labangan, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur, was shot to death by two unidentified persons using a caliber .45 pistol. The shooting incident happened today, November 8, 2007 at Sabado Street, San Francisco District, this city at around 1:00 pm.
Police initial investigation disclosed that the victim Nadzer went out the side gate of his on-going construction house where his vehicle was parked. Before the victim was able to board his vehicle, two unidentified persons approached and shot him several times at close range hitting him in his head until he fell down at the cemented road.

The victim sustained gunshot wounds at his head and was brought to the Pagadian City Medical Center but was declared dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician.
The two suspects reportedly fled on foot going to Alano Street then boarded a passenger tricycle towards an unknown direction.
The police recovered four empty shells and one deformed slug of caliber .45 pistol from the crime scene.

One of the construction workers told News and More at www.unsapa.com that the victim frequently visits his house which is under construction. The victim parks his vehicle outside the gate along the road side usually at the same hour but never noticed any suspicious looking person or persons in the area.
SADCI is an agency managed by the Muslim authorities in the locality who are receiving financial aid coming from the Islamic counties.
Pagadian City Police are now conducting an investigation regarding the identification of the suspects and the motive of the incident.
