This video was taken yesterday, February 5, 2008, a day before the judging was to take place in Rizal Park, City Hall Complex. Pagadian City's First Lady, Ilang-ilang Co explained why the House of Dolls was established and the reasons why the young are encouraged to dress up their dolls in the spirit of competition.
We would like to cater purposely for the kids and teens who have fun playing dolls. Actually, Tyra Co is the owner of these doll collection. This is the result of my bonding with my daughter Tyra during our free time activity, I kept on collecting Barbie Dolls and didn't mind to build a house out of my daughter's collection. we're happy to share this collection to the kids and teens for them to experience the way of Arts and Fashion in their own way of dressing a doll. This is the first time and through the Tourism Council we are planning to have this kind of activity yearly as one of the highlights during Christmas up to Chinese New Year, Ilang-ilang Co, Pagadian City's First Lady.
