The moped craze has hit Pagadian since who knows when and it became fashionable to customize those pesky little bikes and beef up its power. Drag racing is not far behind after the customizing and spending. Vice Mayor Tata Pulmones organized a drag race among the bikers.

The starting point was at the foot of the uphill portion along F. S. Pajares Avenue to the Rotunda. A steep climb and one where speed, power and skills come to play.
